All items are shipped immediately after purchase on a 2 to 3 delivery basis. If you require a faster delivery time such as next day or even same day this can be arranged by leaving your contact details with instructions upon checkout, or you can contact us through the contact us page and a representative will correspond with you to make the necessary arrangements.
All new motors and drives are supplied with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Refunds are applicable only to items in original unused condition and packaging. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or damaged in anyway. All of the surplus and liquidation items are sold with no warranty, but we provide a 7 day money back guarantee if the item is faulty from supply.
