Conditions of Sale
When an order is placed for a product in any way, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
When an order is placed online an automated email conformation will be sent to you confirming that motorsanddrives.co.uk have received your purchase order. This does not necessarily mean that motorsanddrives.co.uk will be able to meet your order immediately. Once the confirmation email has been sent availability and card security will then be checked. If for some reason the product is not available immediately or the payment method is not accepted a representative will contact you with a further email.
motorsanddrives ltd may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Your Account
As a member of the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform motorsanddrives.co.uk immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. motorsanddrives.co.uk reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
